Marquardt School District 15 participates in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Program. Healthy meals are offered daily to all students. Meals are offered at a free or reduced rate to those families who qualify. Eligibility is determined based upon several factors including; household size, income, participation in the TANF/SNAP program, or if the student is a foster child or homeless child.

Free or Reduced-Price Meal Applications will be available August 1, 2016 for the 2016-2017 school year. If a family is not currently eligible, but experiences a family change such as a decrease in household income, an increase in household size, unemployment, or eligibility for food stamps or TANF for your children, an application may be completed at that time. Please submit only ONE application for your household. Only complete applications will be accepted and processed by the food services department. A letter will be sent to your home stating your eligibility status for meals after your application is processed. All approved applications are subject to verification. Your child must bring money to purchase a lunch or a lunch from home until you have received an approval letter.

There are two ways in which you can apply for free/reduced price meals. You can fill out a paper application, which you may pick up at your child's school or apply online at http://www.mymealtime.com/. If you are applying online, you will need to have your child's student I.D. number. If you do not have this number, please call your child's school or contact our Food Service Dept. at 630-469-7615 X1221.
